adjective: of, relating to, or suggestive of guerrillas, especially being unconventional.
Since before our inception, every member of this team had already built a reputation for doing what others in this industry can-not or will not do. As a team, we pride ourselves in the fact that we look at each individual loan file as a unique set of circumstances and dig deep into each aspect to find a way to achieve our borrower’s goals. We do not cherry pick or triage difficult files. We put in the work to scour the guidelines, document every aspect, and present a file that allow underwriters to understand the borrower’s story. We don’t believe that anything is impossible. Let us know your goal, and we’ll either find a way to get it done today or we’ll draw up a plan to get there in the future.
